Warranty & Return & Refund



We provide one Year Warranty Service for the product.ONE Year Factory Warranty(accessories not included).
Warranty will be voided as of:
(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.


Return and Refund


All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.
Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight)
Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced.
Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.
It is the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost.
All returns must be confirmed by our after service staff, we are not liable for any return package without prior notice.
For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.

1. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Within 3 months from the date of purchase, we will pay for sending the item back to customer. We only accept returned parcel by registered post not Express. 
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us; for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.

2. We suggest that ask professional to install products and we don’t take care of any installation fee.

Damage or missing components
1.Our products are all brand new and inspected carefully before shipping out. Please check the package when u sign for the package.
2.If you receive a broken item or missing part, please contact with our customer service within 7 days. Broken item need video or picture proof.

Refurbished and second-hand Radio
We have some Refurbished and second-hand radio for sale at a cheapest price. We always advertised their condition clearly on our website. So with this price ,the item is without warranty. We don’t accept any returns.

-- What can I do if I received a broken product or just a empty box?
Our Company  have checked and packaged well the player before shipping,  but sometimes buyer just receive a empty box without the Car DVD Player in or the Car DVD is broken or cracked, if so just follow these steps:
1: before your signature ,please check if the Car DVD Player is in the parcel or if Car DVD has any broken or crack, if so just refuse to sign for it.
2: if you have to sign for the parcel firstly, so quickly in the presence of the carrier open and check if Car DVD Player there or any broken/crack, if any problem please ask the carrier to prove this for further claim.
3: keep all the package material ,do not discard or damage, then make some clear photos and email us quickly:
    one photo for the outside package with the shipping lable
    one photo for the opened box with the protective material to prove the unit is protected well
    one photo for the details part of the damage or crack

If no the proof of the carrier, it will be very difficult for us to investigate this case.  as According to the rules of shipping company, it is the Sender's  responsibility to investigate the case and to make the claim,but the premise is that buyer/Recipient should contact carrier to make a record firstly, if no this record or their proof, the sender will not trust this, they think Recipient damaged the Unit by himself, so please understand this and contact the carrier to make a record quickly when receiving, our company will make fully compensation to you if you can help us to finish this. 

-- What can I do if I received a wrong item?
Unfortunately wrong or missed item can't be avoided sometimes. Please contact our online customer service immediately and please also keep the item in its original condition. We will help you to change or resend the missed items

-- What can I do if my item is defective?
Our technicians will test all items before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please email us and our technicians will try to solve it online. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use. We recommend buyer to install the product by professional installer and check carefully before installation.
If you still have problem with the unit, please email us. Buyers is responsible for the return cost. We will not accept unpaid delivery, if so the parcel will be sent back to you at your own expense. Please note for the non-defective return, buyer will be charged all the cost including return cost from us and the checking fee

-- Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
If the item has problem, of course, you have the right, but if no defect, sorry, our company does not accept this return

-- How and when can I get my money back after sending the item back?
After problem confirmed, we will refund you from our Paypal directly

-- How long is the warranty?
All items have One year factory warranty from date of purchase

The warranty&return service can be provided to the customers who purchased from our website www.krandotech.com directly. 
If you buy from other resellers, please contact with the reseller for help .
